Founded by the terrific trio, Chloe, Ruth and Daisy (two chefs and a scientist) Loveday Falmouth Dry Gin is crafted in small batches with their still, named Mabel. Conjure the crisp, Cornish sea-spray and let the mineral notes shine in a classic Martini, or in a G&T, with a nice slice of orange. Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Great elegance and length on the finish. A chef, an artist, a scientist and an award-winning distillery on the Cornish coast. The idea of working together to create a distillery had been brewing for some time, and as it happens, the upheaval of lockdown during the summer madness that was 2020 was just what needed to galvanise us into action. The three of us have known each other for god knows how many years, and it�s safe to say our distillery is making thorough good use of our shared knowledge and experience in food preparation, recipe development, food science, alcohol production and design. The goal? To create spirits with a meticulous eye on craftmanship, vibrant, utterly delicious flavours using fresh and foraged ingredients, inspired by the sea and landscape around us. We make our spirits with enjoyment in mind - unhurried, unfussy get-togethers with favourite company and a glass of something darn delicious in hand.
