This expression features a selection of nine botanicals, including the likes of juniper, cardamom, coriander, lime, and more, making for a traditionally herbaceous and vibrant flavour profile. Sure to do very well with plenty of tonic, ice, and a good wedge of lime. Nose: Earthy juniper with a touch of pine brightness, leading into floral freshness. Palate: Contrasting spiciness of cardamom and black pepper, with fruity citrus cutting through cleanly. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
