To achieve the desired flavour profile, this expression was distilled five times, and then filtered twice, making for a crisp spirit that is perfect in all kinds of cocktails. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Subtly peppery, with just a smidge of anise in there too. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
