No flavourings or funny business here. We reckon this would work brilliantly topped with soda (and a slice of grapefruit of course) or maybe try adding an extra citrussy twist to a Cosmopolitan. Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas. Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied. Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting. Made in their own 60-litre copper column still named Wendy, Manchester Gin features plenty of inspiration from the eponymous city. For example, two notable botanicals in the mix are dandelion and burdock root - staple flavours of a Mancunian childhood. Also, the label features a worker bee, which is the symbol of Manchester.
