The citrus ingredients are distilled separately to give the gin a more citrus flavor. After distillation, the products are combined and make a long journey to Iceland, where the gin is diluted with spring water to a strength of 40%. Martin Miller uses 10 ingredients to create his gin: juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange peel, orris root, cinnamon, cinnamon bark, ground nutmeg, liquorice and one secret ingredient, which is supposedly fresh cucumber. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Rich and smooth.
