We start with The Vale Fox Distillery's dry gin 1651 as a floral and bright base and then steep blackberries in the gin for 24 hours. The resulting flavor is fresh and bright with a balanced sweetness and a gorgeous natural magenta color. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
