Its mashbill consists of 95% rye and 5% malted rye, so it's all about the spicy grain. While it's superb sipped neat, this is sure to make some marvellous Manhattans. Nose: Baklava sweetness and a good crack of black pepper, with clove-studded orange. Palate: Somewhat oily, with a touch of honey balancing heaps of spice, with Turkish delight and strawberry laces. Finish: Barrel char and hallmark rye spice lingers on.
