Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas. Palate: Juniper leads with soft notes of clove and anise, while softly sweet, floral fruits rest beneath. Finish: Long, delicate and complex. The Ox distillery is a family owned company in the little village of Wenigh�sbach, east of Aschaffenburg. The restaurant 'Zum Ochsen' opened to the public in 1921, the same year the first spirits were distilled. The first Single Malt was made in 2013.
