Great in all kinds of classic cocktails, particularly the Tom Collins... Nose: Notes of rose, elderberry, juniper and citrus, hints of vanilla, cocoa and coffee. Palate: Rosemary, honey, dark chocolate, crunchy juniper with a slow build of lemon peel and anise. Finish: Velvety, enveloping, fine and delicate finish.
