The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into rum and filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji. After being held in oak barrels, the result is a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively well rounded rums from Paradise on Earth. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
