Size: 500ML Proof: 92 (46% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Salcombe Salcombe Gin's Voyager Series continues with Phantom, a cask-finished gin named after (and inspired by) a Salcombe Fruiter! The distillery partnered with Sauternes producer Ch�teau Climens for this one, with seven of its 16 botanicals sourced from the estate. It was also aged for eight months in casks which previously held the 2015 and 2016 vintages of Sauternes wine. Just 3,500 bottles were released, full of honey, fruit and florals. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Rich and smooth.
