After distillation, it was given an infusion of strawberries to impart a soft hint of berry sweetness and subtle pink hue. Nose: Great elegance and charm on the nose. Palate: Dry peppery heat, with a fruity twist and vibrant lime cutting through. Finish: Finishing up with prickles of peppery warmth. Silver Circle Distillery is a recently established craft spirits producer based in the beautiful village of Catbrook, deep in the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
