Soilleir Vodka triple-distilled and chill-filtered, ready to set a fabulous base for all sorts of cocktails. Based in Brechin, Angus, Black Thistle Distilleries was established in 2018, placing an emphasis on local Scottish botanicals and shimmering spirits. The distillery is home to a pair of 850-litre Carl stills. Its portfolio began with a range of gins, the first of which was launched in 2019, eventually expanding into vodka, and most recently, a rum. All of its spirits are brought down to bottling strength with double-filtered Scottish water before being hand-bottled at the distillery.
