Size: 700ML Proof: 86�(43% ABV) Origin: Mauritius Distillery: St Aubin A terrific ten year old rum all the way from Mauritius, produced by the St Aubin Distillery. This expression was made from the 2003 sugar cane harvest, and distilled in a copper pot still before being set aside to mature for a decade, allowing plenty of time for its flavour profile to develop. Fascinating stuff, this. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Long, sweet and smooth.
