Tappers Darkside Gin harks back to this bygone era, whilst also using a selection of botanicals that reflects the seaside location and character of the towns and villages of the Wirral, including red clover, chickweed and sea beet. Nose: Savoury, coastal, almost smoky! A few fresh floral notes drift around in the background. Palate: Coastal elements continue, now paired with leafy clover and liquorice. Finish: Drying juniper, samphire and basil. Tappers is founded on a passion for producing spirits that are authentically made in the way that they're advertised.
