It is produced in Greece by Thalassa Distilleries and has an alcohol content of 37.50%. Ouzo is traditionally served as an aperitif before meals, or as an accompaniment to meze dishes. It is often served with water or ice cubes, which turn the drink milky-white due to its anise content. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Finish is lingering.
