Renowed for its distinctive Whiskey character and one of the finest, most discernible styles produced in Scotland, this 750ml iteration of Lustau Sherry Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky represents the height of Single Malt Scotch Whisky excellence. Nose: It presents itself with great elegance and charm on the nose. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish. The Glenrothes is a Speyside distillery, producing a range of Scottish single malt whiskies. It is located on the banks of the Rothes Burn (a tributary of the larger Spey) just west of Rothes town, some 50 miles (80km) east of Inverness in northern Scotland. The signature style is on the lighter, fruiter side. The hand grenade-shaped bottles are a very distinctive feature. Today, it is a substantial distillery, producing more than 5.5 million liters of spirit annually from its 10 stills. The distillery is owned by the Edrington Group, which also owns The Macallan and Highland Park. They bought it in 2018 from London wine merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd, who had previously sought out Edrington as partners to develop the business.
