So, naturally, they whipped up their own, but then realised it tasted rather good neat! Hand-picked English lavender is distilled, with a dash of sugar added to it. It's a fabulous fragrant component in cocktails, desserts or, as The Gin Kitchen suggests, neat with a side of cake. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
