Timber Creek Distillery�s Florida Gin starts with their 100% Florida Wheat Vodka as the base. One of the very unique characteristics of this gin is the use of Juniper berries that grow on the distillery�s property. Size: 750ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: United States Distillery: The Timber Creek Distillery The local Florida Juniper imparts a very mild flavor in this Gin. Timber Creek also adds honeysuckle, rose, and lavender to this very floral Gin. Other distinct flavors include fennel, cracked pepper medley, lemon peel, and cucumber. Use of their PureBlend� process allows us to balance each flavor for a smooth, easy sipping Gin that is also great with your favorite tonic. The Timber Creek Distillery is located on a family farm just north of Destin, Florida. Our vision is to take the best local fruits and grains from the Florida Panhandle and turn them into the finest Craft Spirits. Timber Creek Distilling was formed by Camden Ford and Aaron Barnes, neighbors and friends here in Destin, Florida. Cam and Aaron share the same vision, to take advantage of the best local fruits and grains here in Northwest Florida to make some great local spirits.
