Distilled in July 2000, this rum spent its time maturing in a single cask, until it was bottled up by Hunter Laing for the independent Kill Devil collection. A total of 229 bottles were released, at a cask strength of 51.3% ABV. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
