The recommended serve is a Charlie Chaplin, which combines 30ml of Wolfe Bros Raspberry & Hisbiscus, 20ml of apricot liqueur, 20ml of fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, and peach bitters that are shaken and served straight up with a lemon zest. Nose: Sweet aroma of strawberries with a floral notes. Palate: Fruity and full-bodied with tart berry and light floral notes. Finish: Vibrant fresh raspberries burst out of this with a lovely floral finish. Born at the start of lockdown, with bars shut and little else to do, a group of like minded hospitality verterans got together to do something they�d wanted to do for years, make a cracking Yorkshire Gin. ?
